TFA VIEW weather stations combine the proven technology of traditional weather stations with innovative WLAN functions. In addition to precise measurements of temperature and humidity, you receive a lot of additional information via WLAN. With the VIEW app, you can also retrieve this data when you are out and about and are always well informed.

VIEW guide: Everything about your weather station in detail
For a start, VIEW weather stations with WLAN have all the functions of a wireless weather station. In addition, they are connected to the Internet via WLAN. This considerably expands the range of functions of the wireless weather station:
In addition to self-measured temperature and humidity values, TFA VIEW stations receive current weather forecasts from an online service. Time and date are synchronised automatically and personalised info texts and additional weather information, such as a UV index or probability of precipitation, can be displayed. You can also access the station’s locally measured values via the VIEW app using a mobile device while on the move.
VIEW station functions
All four TFA VIEW stations can also be used independently without an Internet connection. The basic functions of the station include determining and/or displaying the following data:

What does the base station measure?
The indoor module of a TFA VIEW base station measures the indoor temperature with an integrated thermometer. The hygrometer collects humidity data and provides information about the humidity at the installation site. These two measured variables determine the indoor climate and are considered a key factor influencing the indoor environment quality and comfort. They recognise when it is time to air your rooms or turn up the heating.
The VIEW METEO, BREEZE and PRO weather stations also determine the air pressure in order to predict future weather trends based on any changes.
The base units all have a high-contrast colour display. Brightness can be adjusted in four levels using a time-controlled dimming function.
Which transmitters are available for the VIEW stations?
The VIEW METEO, BREEZE and PRO stations include a thermo-hygro transmitter. The outdoor transmitter with integrated thermometer and hygrometer provides you with real-time information on temperature and humidity. The BREEZE weather station also comes with an anemometer (wind gauge). With the PRO weather station, the wind direction and strength as well as the amount of rain or precipitation can also be measured by a rain gauge.
Different sensors, optionally available, can therefore be connected to the stations. With the BREEZE, SHOW and PRO weather stations, up to four transmitters can be shown on the display. In addition, all TFA VIEW stations are able to forward measurement data from other transmitters (up to 50) to the app via WLAN. You can then retrieve this data via the app using your smartphone or tablet.

Forecast function of the VIEW station
If the base station is connected to the app and the Internet, the TFA VIEW WLAN weather stations offer you additional weather information from an online weather service free of charge and without an additional subscription. This function includes the following forecast values and data that can be shown on the display:
- Daily weather forecast (additionally hourly and multi-day for BREEZE and PRO)
- Daily highs and lows
- Probability of rain
- Wind direction (BREEZE and PRO only)

Additional functions via the VIEW app
Using the free VIEW app, you can conveniently retrieve the current measured values from the wireless transmitters and the history of the last 30 days anywhere and at any time using your smartphone or tablet. Using the push function, you will receive additional notifications if set alarm limits are exceeded or not reached. This means you always have an overview of all data and important changes.
