Most adults prefer a sleeping temperature between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius. Humidity is ideally between 40 and 60 %. There are good reasons to keep an eye on these values. After all, a good night's sleep strengthens your immune system and your body can recover.
Measuring your room climate is only one plus point of this alarm clock. Surprisingly, a lot of functionality is packed into the compact dimensions of the device. And the device also has a shiny appearance with an elegant aluminium frame.
All you have to do is insert two AA batteries and you're ready to go. Temperature and humidity are displayed immediately. When the radio signal has been received, the time appears on the display. In addition, the day of the week and date are shown slightly smaller in the lower section.
Is everything ready? Then, you can activate the device and make your individual settings.
Set the time in 12- or 24-hour mode. Give the date the appropriate format. Select the language for the day of the week. The radio-controlled alarm clock is also a loyal companion when travelling. Because the appropriate time zone is always with you as long as you stay within the reception radius of the DCF-77 frequency signal. Otherwise, you can set the time manually.
Set up not just one alarm, but two separate wake-up times. This is particularly practical for getting up at the weekend.
If you want to be able to see the time all night long, you can activate an automatic backlight that switches on automatically in the dark via a light sensor. If you press the large red button on the top of the alarm clock, the display is brightly illuminated for a short time. When the alarm clock rings, you can use the same button to initiate the snooze function and relax into the day. Because you simply have to have time to wake up.
