Trust is good, control is better. A thermo-hygrometer is the best friend of a comfortable climate and the index finger that warns you when something is wrong with your climate. Its digital display shows you the indoor temperature and humidity. If its smiley is smiling at you, everything is in the green range. If its mood drops and the corners of its mouth are pulled down, this is your warning signal to change something about your indoor climate by actively heating or ventilating your room.
The goal is to create a feel-good atmosphere. According to studies, most people feel most comfortable in rooms at 20 to 23°C and 40 to 60% humidity. The kitchen can be a tad cooler at 18 °C, while 16 to 18 °C is enough in the bedroom. But be careful: Your own perception of temperature is often deceived by various factors and humidity is difficult to sense anyway. This thermo-hygrometer sends you clear, objective signals and thus helps you save heating costs and recognise the risk of mould if the humidity is too high.
At a slim 45 x 58 mm, this digital thermo-hygrometer is almost inconspicuous, regardless of where you place it. It is best to place or hang it in the middle of a room. A less suitable place is directly by a window, near the heating or behind a curtain. The small device is powered by a CR2032 battery. This is included in the delivery.
