KG is one of the leading companies in the industry in Europe. Founded in 1964, the company is a family business and has been run by Axel Dostmann since 1993. In our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tfa-dostmann.de\/en\/our-company\/about-tfa-dostmann\/company-history\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TFA History<\/a> you will learn with which thermometer the company history began and how our company has developed since then.<\/p>\n<p>The company head office is located in Reicholzheim (near Wertheim, Germany) and employs more than 100 people. Typically, TFA processes around 80,000 orders per year \u2013 the equivalent of 6.5 million product sales to consumers in 80 different countries.<\/p>\n<h3>Our Products<\/h3>\n<p>Starting as a specialist for weather measuring instruments, our product range now consists of a wide range. Thermometers, thermo-hygrometers, barometers and weather stations are now supplemented by wall clocks, alarm clocks, timers, scales and many other useful products for everyday use. Discover our product worlds.<\/p>\n<h3>In-house production \u2013 Made in Germany<\/h3>\n<p>TFA has established a modern in-house production facility in Reicholzheim for mechanical thermometers, barometers, hygrometers and compasses. On a production area of more than 6,300 square meters, two million measuring capillaries are automatically calibrated every year, as well as carrying out other production processes.<\/p>\n<h4>TFA core expertise<\/h4>\n<p>This core expertise in measuring instruments is utilized by TFA in their electronic weather instruments and clocks, which we purchase worldwide. The TFA range is characterized by its own innovative technologies and exclusive designs.
